Laser I went flitch way with chatman and Eccles today. But I've been riding Danbury a lot lately as I'm from Woodham. If you want a buddy :)

South epping is very wet, the main trails are mostly streams or a collection of puddles joined by mud and wet leaves.

I haven't mate. Was chatting in lbs yesterday and they said its screwed.
Its too wet to get further up the forest as the constant water and cold weather means you end up cold and freezing so 2hr ish limit to rides at the mo.

Aye! anything natural or unmaintained is, places were you pay to ride are running well as no trails to ride, no revenue, chicky, wales etc.

Danbury was as expected today, damp. Was faster then it was a few weeks ago though.

Danbury xc routes where sticky mud and sandy speed traps in places, running ok but still very wet

I guessing epping,( high beach, tea hut ) area is still going to be pretty bad? Not sure if anyone knows or not. I'm off work tomorrow and wouldn't mind a ride around there

I rode Epping to Chingford and back via High beach on Monday, it was sloppy and tough going. It doesn't look like it's draining that quickly either.
