Wow, we must have got lucky on the way home then as the m25 was flowing ok! Damn I ache this morning though. Also thanks to you beardee for getting stuck in with the photo's!

Cheers Jon and apologies to anyone I ignored whilst taking the photos, I was concentrating on the photos and didnt see your riding at the time ;) :)

Heres the first set of 32 pics, a group coaching shot, one each of Tony and Nathan demonstrating and the rest are you all riding and progressing throughout the day.
