I've ordered it before I spent another 45 minutes looking at the bars section.

Yesterday i got the headset for the DJ I'm building, I didn't realised that to fit the headset in the tube I need a tool. Now let's shop the bloody tool! Or there's any other way to put the bloody thing in?

It was On One where we had seen them recently...

Typically the 30mm rise ones are a £5 more than the 5mm in white :(

Tredz were advertising £1.50 per tube this week, but proabably for a tube of KY so you can get screwed over by CRC :/

Popped into my friendly LBS who installed it in about a minute...

I popped a box of sweets into them when passing another day as thanks

Headset tool ? really ? cant you just shove it in a vice with some protection ? or use a threaded bar to squeeze them in ?

I don't have anything like that, a vice would do surely. I saw this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110997180418? ... 1423.l2649

I know it's cheap and it cost the same as a box of Ferrero Roche, but just didn't want to buy something that I will use once in a blue moon, but I guess I'll have to.

£8!!!! Less than a £1 of bits there..

Use that as your guide and get the bits from a local fixings place :)
