Got the whole day to myself so not gonna drink new years eve.up for whatever.aston/chicksands/woburn downhill or xc dont mind.quite like the idea of taking the xc bike to aston as the push was slippery and double hard yesterday.happy new year folks.

Working new years eve overnight so might do danbury on way home if tomorrow doesn't work out!

Gonna be heading out some where on the 1st, might head for danbury if wiggle come through with my tyres tomorrow. If not it will be XC. I'm starting to get cabin fever watching people putting up videos of nice dusty trails on pink bike.

Luvinit if you get over there tomorrow can you post up how it's riding ?

Hope danbury drains enough for you chaps..havnt been there in ages but dont really fancy it myself.

I brought a Stinky just before Christmas (Been meaning to catch up with you guys for a couple of weeks so I can see if brought a lemon or not lol) and it has a set of DMR Motos on it which are small blocks, I took it over Warley for a test run and they just filled up with mud and slid every where.

I rode danbury on tyres that are ment from firetracks and it was ok no slush there!

I'll be planning to do the same, no drink for me either.. I was planning Bedgebury for abit of trail riding! Never been to Aston Hill what are the Trails like there?

Never done the xc loop at aston but its not a big trail like bedgbury.the downhill trails are rooty steep and slippery and siut full dh gear really. I was thinking of checking out the xc route then doing some dh runs but its a trade off of not going full face and pads against being able to pedal back up.and thats without taking fitness or lack of into account!

The xc route is.as steep up as it is down. Me and Ian tried it last time down there it's pretty impossible

Haven't been out for a few weeks so fancy somewhere with drainage. Chicksands seems to be calling loudly so will be paying a visit You up for that Clint??

I agree with Andy. The xc at aston is silly! Pretty much trying to ride up the black run.
Try chicksands and then we could go to woburn in the afternoon

Or what about surey hills?

Or cannock chase?
