I got this sorted finally today after a bit of a wait.

The shop got a new frame and took only the rear triangle from it which resolved the potential issue with the front derailleur.
The new frame also came with 1 1/2 headtube which will not take naturally my 1 1/8 forks so maybe that was the best solution.
The new triangle has much better design and got more material where the crack appeared so hopefully that will not happen again

:D
