I'm reading and reading and reading and think i have the gist of it, i understand Low speed compression (LSC) and HSC (High speed compression) what they relate too and how controlling them *should* affect the ride but its just such a faff.
the only solution for this shock is to (as many people say) take it somewhere, set eveything to 0 pretty much, set the sag to a comfortable amount and choose a middle range PSI (between 72 and 200) and then start adjusting one setting at a time, try it, adjust it repeat until it feels best then reset the PSI and change the next setting
It will be a long boring job as there are so many settings.
plus there are some really good deals on less complicated shocks at the moment !! which is what lead to make the OP
