Coming to epping tomorrow down from braintree. .i have 40psi in atm ...to hard..to soft i dunno does it make much difference in these fast dry conditions?
i dunno coz im a newbie!
answers on a post card please! :idea:

There is no right tyre pressure - to get it exactly right you would need to consider

rim width
rim shape
wheel size
tyre size
tyre tread
tyre wall thickness
tyre wall strength
inner tube thickness
suspension set up + travel
terrain
conditions
rider weight
rider style and preference

as taking all of that into account is a bit of a nightmare, I usually go with the easy guide of pump it up till I can only just squeeze it a bit. lol That technique factors in quite a few of the variables above!

On my hardtail at the mo thats about 33psi

Thanx mate i only know whats in mine coz i punctured in london on wednesday and used a pump outside evans in victoria!
really looking forward to tomorrow!
looks like the last dry day this week!

Been up and down with my ftont pressure as the ground keeps changing hourly stm!
