Mine fits around my seatpost but it can't take the weight of my bike so just falls forward and I dont have a straight top tube so I have just had to make do

I have curvey top tube but managed to clamp just in front of the seat tube. I have tighened up a few of the bolts and seams to hold fine.
Bit wobbely but for normal matencance and for£30 perfect.
