Need my weekly fix of XC riding... Anyone going anywhere or planning to on Sunday..

I'm up for either, Thorndon, Epping, Danbury (do the jumps after a good XC session), Hylands Park (I can show around the MSG course) or long Leg stretch route on Flitch Way or Broxbourne...

I can only get out on Saturday this weekend, looking to headover to chicksands with another guy. But if he doesn't turn up I'll Prob be looking to get over Danbury/Epping way or even hylands Park after everyOne said it was a good cOurse

Hi, I was looking to tag along with a group this weekend either sat/sun and I'm pretty easy going about location, although I live in North London so obviously the closer the better. Haven't been riding properly in a while so looking to get back into the swing of things. If something transpires and you don't mind me coming along that would be great!

Not sure i'll be about as its my birthday sunday (you can buy me presents i'm not going to get shy) Maybe, i'll know nearer the time, the G man was quite up for doing the Flitch way for a bit of MSG training. is it muddy or stoney or what?

Flitch way is mainly sandy soil the Dunmow section has the mud and broadwalk type bridge over the swamp, so good going over most of the track

Flitch Way has a Cafe at Rayne that serves nice cake and tea.. or vw can provide his own Birthday Cake with candles..

I was maybe thinking do the flitch Way to warm up the legs then do a few laps of the Hylands Park course on the way back :thumbup:

Sunday looks the better day weather wise.. unless your a duck or a fish.. then Sunday is the day for you :roll:

Yes there a thread last Sundays meet. Meet at Braintree train station. Its chatman's gig.

It's VW birthday so down to him to bring cake.
