Are you guys out tonight? I am swamped with work today. Being in London, I don't think I can make it home early enough to get ready for a 7pm ride. If I manage to make so I will drop a line near the time.

Epping on Sunday sounds tempting.

Im up for both as long as my knees hold out. i will of course be displaying my newly taught skills after spending the day with Jedi tomorrow on a uk bike skills course.
If i am not any better i will blame, Tony, my bike, the conditions, the colour of my gloves, the tightness of my hat or my bad knee and back, or spurs losing to west ham, or my lack of hair or shelfsides fetching blue cube outfit or kelly Brook or my age.
It will not be because i am a crap rider

So if i support a different team i might be a better bike rider, fantastic.
Sorry Jedi im cancelling our day tomorrow and you can blame or thank Geoff 43
if supporting bad teams make you a bad m=bike rider then gooner fans must be the worst riders ever
