I know it's short notice but I'm doing this again on Sunday so if anyone else has no plans and fancies this then all welcome. It's bit of a leg stretcher at 40 miles but its a nice chilled out ride. Full details on their webpage:

You can just turn up and pay the £20 entry fee on the day and all monies go to the children's A&E at Basildon hospital so its a good cause :thumbup:

Arrr would off done this, but wifey has put me down for hard graft on Sunday putting up a horse paddock fence :-(
