Taking out a mate for his first ride tonight. He's just recovering from back trouble so gonna run him round Langdon as it local. Anyone who wants to tag along 17.00 @ the crown. It won't be a long ride or fast.

Possibly spence. As I say, taking a m8 out for a spin tonight he's had really bad sciatica (I think that's how it's spelt) so he wants to see if cycling helps. He might only last half an hour up the hills.
I'm off work next week and want to do tues and thurs eve's. You up for that?
