Having a post-christmas clearup!

This is a WTB laserdic rear wheel, standard 135mm QR fitting. It comes with a SRAM 11-34 cassette with a fair bit of life left, and a 2.35mm 60a highroller which if memory serves is pretty much brand new (the bits of rubber from the mould haven't even worn off yet).

I don't have a frame that fits this wheel any more, but spinning it in my hands it's pretty much true, there may be a very slight wobble (or that could be the tyre), but nothing out of the ordinary. No cracks, dings, dents etc. Freehub clicks away nicely, it's quite a distinctive, soft sound, which personally I prefer to the ultra-loud rasping of a lot of hubs out there.

The only thing to mention is that the coating of a few of the spokes has been taken off where the the chain shifted over the cassette one time, I've tried to get it to show up in the second photo, but it's pretty minor so it's really hard to do!

Any questions fire away!

Chris

Knew I'd forget something, copied and pasted the text from pinkbike but forgot the price...

It's up on there for £60, but I'm very much open to offers, as it's not doing much sitting around in the garage. I'd knock a tenner off straightaway for anyone on here who could meet up rather than post.

To be honest I'm not really sure what it's worth, so I err-ed on the high side expecting to be bartered down on PB. The cassette, skewer and tyre alone are probably worth about £35-40 at a total guess?

I live in Colchester, work in Chelmsford, ride at Danbury a fair bit, and come down to Basildon/Wickford sporadically throughout the month during the day for work. Or on the off chance that you'll be at Aston Hill on Sunday I'm also there every now and again!

No problems at all, keep asking away!

I'm not entirely sure how to differentiate between the models (the stickers have come off to which doesn't make life easy), it's a 32-spoked affair though with a Laserdisk Lite hub, which I think would make it a 'Laserdisc Trail' rather than the 28-spoked 'Laserdisc XC'.

Does that help? If you'd like some better photos drop me your email address, and I'll send over some better ones
