Well I secured a meeting the council at South Woodham.

I attended and spoke with the chairman about the possible BMX and dirt jump track.

I've been given the green light to put together a project/master plan and present it to the committee with the possibility that it will be assigned over to me, etc.

As this is a facility for the community etc I need to show support. So I will be creating a Facebook page and hotmail address for this. I'll add it to here when it's done. Please feel free to join the group.

Because things will be happening and I aim to keep this a riders track built by riders and made by riders I will put updates on here at each relevant stage.

If anyone has a business that might be able to help, of if Karve wants to be affiliated with place, etc then get in touch.

It's still early days but there's every hope and chance that I'll get a new facility built in these parts!

Nice one - ive added your fb page to the recommendations http://www.essexhertsmtb.co.uk/about_us.php section. Maybe get some pics of the plot up on the page, as well as a map showing where it is so people have a bit of info to go on.
