I know some of you have already booked up but which race have you lot chosen to ride?
Standard or Epic! need to book time of work for this one!

I have booked the Standard one. Epic would have been a challenge too far for me. That's the aim for next year.

Standard for me. On the day you can choose to do either route.

After doing the Standard Rough Ride last year and being shattered after it, I found the Ups & Downs a lot easier on standard and ended up wishing I'd done the Epic.

I've done the Epic South Downs last year and it wasn't too bad with my relatively low fitness level.

You don't really choose but when you finish you can tell the wiggle staff which course you done if you booked standard but done epic instead for example so your time goes to the correct category.
