Has anyone done any sugru related bike hacks? Im going to use some to help with some go pro mount ideas that I have.. ill post pics. Anyone else

You could use it to fill in the grooves where the cleat goes in the sole of spd shoes to help prevent ingress of water and mud etc. you could also use it as an end cap for gear/brake cables like Jons heat shrink cable ends to prevent them from fraying. Just a couple of bike related ideas.
