Dumb question, how is stem length determined?
is it from end to end, so the full length of the stem?
or
is it from the centre of the head to centre of the steerer?
or
is it the length of just the neck?

I'm looking to get a shorter stem as I feel I'm reaching to much with mine but don't know where to measure to find the length of my current one :crazy:

Its from the center of fork shaft to the center of the handle bar
