Me and Carl are both off Friday so are planing on getting out for a ride some were, anyone want to join us? we are both novices but can ride ok but not ready for big jumps etc. no fussed were we go but thinking Danbury Thorndon or Epping. should have most of the day free so up for a good ride...

i have a large Transit with 3 seats so can chuck bikes in back if anyone needs a lift

Some climbing practice should help, Dude... before you know it you'll be in the lead bunch of Grips ride..

Great ride today with Car and EssexBoy (Lee) done Warley Gap, North and South Thorndon and a fair bit of raod work too. we seemed to have gone up every hill in Brentwood lol topped up 17 miles and enjoyed every bit. Carl also trod in the biggest pile of sloppy cow shit ive ever seen
