Had another 1-2-1 session with Tony at ukbikeskills yesterday, was an amazing day and Im still grinning like an idiot 24hrs later. :D

http://ukbikeskills.blogspot.com/2011/0 ... chris.html

Thanks to Tony's coaching I made some real progress in terms of riding and once he'd run through the skills he had installed in previous sessions, it all began to fall in to place.

As well as coaching me over my first gap jump, I feel like we made real progress in addressing the fears I have with riding jumps / drops / gaps and shore.

Really enjoyed it and cant wait to put yesterdays coaching into practise on the trails.

I'd recommend Tony as a coach to anyone, amazing value for money.

Heavy shoulder Slam after launching in Broxbourne Woods last week  Much better this week, hurt like f@#K last Sunday & just got a minor isolated niggle now, main thing was it didnt dislocate so all the rehab training paid out massive.

Another Sunny Sunday Herts day I see, bet your giggling away LOL
