That really sucks. Hope the insurance pays out. Nothing on Ebay yet but it's always worth keeping an eye out. Had my GT stolen many years ago just after starting Uni. Used a angle grinder to get through the bike cage and 2 locks just before Christmas. Shed at new house is alarmed so hopefully that will help.

i am in Harlow. they disabled the pir light by throwing one of my wifes cycle tops that was on the washing line, over it and pulled the wires out of the alarm. they then cut the lock off and escaped over the wall. insurance will pay out but not to the value of the upgrades only for the price of a new bike.

Sorry to here your bad luck, what scum we have in our world. These sort of scum cnuts too lazy to get a job so steal off people who work hard for a living, just to sell for enough money to buy their scum drugs. My guess its someone local who knows your bikes rather than an opportunist, someone been clocking you and your bikes.

Yep.

Thats why I'm secret squirrel with my gear.

See a hoodie or yoof going past, I wait until they go by before getting my gear out or bike.

You can take my car but ye cannae take my bike! :x

Sorry to read.
Said before look at your local boot fairs. Other posted look at gumtree.

My bike no way expensive as you lot but when I track my ride with phone app ways turn it off some streets away from home. Same as look at my ride photos.

Well they caught the guy that stole my bikes. He was caught by transport police stealing a bike from the train station. So far they have only recovered the hybrid frame i lost, but after i identified it from the photos they are going to pull him in and charge him with burglary as well. Hopefully he may reveal what happened to the other three bikes. Really missing my mountain bike and the insurance company are stalling so i cant even go out and look for a replacement.
