I have RST Launch T8' 100mm Travel forks which came with my mongoose fireball.; my issue is my shocks are stiff even when i turn the preload to its minimum setting. can anybody help because i really want a softer shock so i can ride downhill as well as dirt jumping and freeriding.

Yep, decide what riding you want to do most.

You need firm shocks for jumping.

You need compliant but firm for downhil.

You'll need an air adjustable fork for doing everything or some forks where it's worth having a firm and softer set of springs for.

How long u had the forks ?

rst's tend to go stiff (like most lower end forks)
best bet to get them soft, strip fork down, clean them out, grease them up alot and get saving for a new fork ;)
