Brought this bike on ebay a few weeks ago, upgraded the rims to halo combats and have been out for one ride.
The bike was great to ride but im now wanting to get myself a downhill bike so testing the water on this really.


2008 Giant XTC 2.5

RockShox Dart 2 forks with adjustable preload rebound and lockout

Giant A3 stem bars and seatpost

Giant gel seat

Giant grips

Raceface Ride Xc cranks with Raceface bb

Hayes Mx4 breaks With Tektro Levers

Halo combat rims on unknown spokes on shimano hubs (with spare rear hub)

Deore front derailleur

SRAM SX 4 rear derailleur with SRAM SX 4 shifters

Pretty sure its a Cane creek headset.


Bad bits are:

Frame has a few paint chips

Rear hub may want switching over (spare matching hub provided)

Tires could do with changing just some i had laying around on there as the bike came on road tires with ritchey disc oc rims (these could also go with the bike)
