I am out everyday this week if anyone is keen.

I don't have a particular distance, time or pace in mind. My plan is just to brave the weather and turn my pedals.

I'm off on Thursday. Want to do Whipp Cross to Pole Hill, do a couple of laps on the hilly course then around the north (climb the bastard) and back to Whipps?

A friend and i are fairly new to epping forest and were hoping to meet up with a small group to show us some rides. we prefer xc to downhill ! was hoping to ride tomorrow, starting off around 9am. we can do a few technical things but a bit of patience would be required.

any takers?

Threres a lesurely/social ride leaving at 10 from High Beech, probably 90mins or so...
