Nice Matt... if you get any pics of that it would be cool to see.
Great session today.. got there there early and kept going at it all morning. Since last Friday loads of new stuff has appeared.
The place is ever changing and its a real credit to the trail builders down there. It was bone dry all day and not a spec of mud on us once we had finished. I was riding in a Tshirt most of the day. There were more riders there today than id ever seen... the parking was completely full when we left.
Apart from running the usual stuff we tried a few new lines today..
> We ran the higher line next to the path gap which has been there forever but I had never hit... really good fun and fast and the run in was a total berm fest!
> The run in to the path gap had been rebuilt and flowed really well. The jumps worked great and gave you the right speed to rip left and down onto the gap.
> We ran Toms Bollok-off jump... for the first time in ages added a transfer into the berm next to it. This had some flow for sure. No one injured their naggers this time.
> Also had a stab at the top of skyline so we could complete the run down... was a bit clunky and need more speed in but its nice to know the entire run is doable.
> We also spent a bit of time on Mulch and Roost and linked it in with the bit which wraps into the dirt jump area. Really nice line and we ran it a couple of times.
Wicked session.. and as we discussed on the way home its probably my favourite place right now... uplift venues included. Woburn has more Downhill Bike friendly features per square inch than anywhere else.
