Well I just moved the saddle as far forward as it will allow and it feels much better already,
I think a shorter stem would be perfect.

Nice Bike!!! Looks a real nice piece of kit! With regards to pedals, have a look around as I've ran V8's and currently run V12's, and although they are fine, i think that for V12 money there are some very good pedals out there which are just as good.

Well I cycled to work on it today and it felt much better,
I do feel that a shorter stem would improve things though.

I have the day off work tomorro so I have decided to go over hampstead heath once i have taken the kids to school

Well since the pedals that came with the bike are quite frankly crap I bought a
set of Wellgo Mags,
The weight difference is very obvious and I think they look great too.

Just need a better set of tyres and ill be ready for one of your Epping rides

Might be worth getting a frame guard thing so your chain doesnt slap it and chip it
