Right Folks...Was at the bike show today..me and Javi spent some time sampling the energy food and spinning on the Wattbikes to see how we compared against the pro's... in fact we both have a near on perfect pedal stroke and power outage...mine was compared to Will Hoy's

All good stuff and lots of shiny bikes to see and sit on.. Too many to add here so have uploaded them to Picasa web album.. all taken on iPhone so no apologies for quality... I was like a kid in a sweet shop....

Oh I also wandered into the boat show as well... to see proper carbon fibre shapes.....

Had a good day out at the show yesterday! loads of different things to see and do.

Highlight for me was the Bike Polo! Awesome great fun to watch!! im making some mallets tonight in my garage then hitting some lit carparks with some mates for complete carnage!! haha!

Yes, that's was superb! Cycling and breaking one hand, another holding stick.

I liked the Mondraker stuff there, the Tracker looks interesting.
Also had a chat with cognation, got to go to Wales this year.

Hmm will keep an eye on Gethin Woods. Ridden Breachfa and Afan and wasn't aware there had anything to do with them, it's all run by the forestry commission.

I think they are some partnership organisation between the Forestry Commision and local councils. They channel some EU money into trail building and obviously its good for the local tourism industry.
