Dude,

What about a piece of perspex? Nice and easy to cut / profile, etc.. and nice and stiff and light..

Or a piece of aluminium?

Carbon is stiffer, but i only used 2mm, which sure is light in comparrison a bit too thin. i may double part of it up???
Not finished yet anyway :wink:
