I have a pair of decent 661 knee pads/braces size large, these have had minor use with some minor scuffs on one of the hard pads, these pads have removable hinged arms that give added support and can help to reduce the risk of twist injury's such as spiral fractures. i would say there more suited to down hill and free ride riders than cross country although removing the hinges does make them more like a standard pad. also the hard pads are adjustable and also removable. size wise there a large and if measuring 6 inches down from my knee im 16.5 inches in diameter and 6 inches up from my knee i measure 17 inches. on max adjustment on me they are a firm fit so if your legs are bigger then mine they maybe a bit tight on you.
price wise as far as i can tell the latest 661 hinged pads like this are well over £100 so was thinking £25 to forum members paypal gift delivered standard parcel or £20 pick up from Thurrock Essex or meet some were
also advertised else were...
