It looks insane for a landing, or is it some rad hip thing ? up one side and down the other ?? Trails look pretty rad though !

Jump bike mate.
They look shabby at the mo, but they havnt been skimmed. Im still waiting for them to settle before I skim and cover them.
The problem I have is that the mud I dig dont come up in lumps, so I have to let them sink, then skim them.

Its a huge landing...about 7ft tall (its built on a downhill, so its hard to tell). But its well above my head.
Its going to be a step-up. I dont know what sort of speed Im gonna need to get the step down to berm thing, so Ive built it hench, so I can chop it down if need be.

Looks good. dosnt matter how many barrows of dirt you add they always need more. looks sandy there though so at least its easy to get out the ground?

Depending what hole I dig from depends on the type of soil. I only dug that out of sand as its not gonna take much of a beating. Still gonna skim it in clay!

Out of interest last photo how many man hours?

Surely you must have a 3/4 tonne digger camo'd up to get all that dirt out the ground :O

Err, dunno man. The landing and take off together probably took 30 odd hours. 80% of which was on my own.

Step up done.

I thought a step-up jump was from lower ground to a higher landing ramp?

Looks pretty savage and also not much room for error on the landing or is that the take-off?

Na....any jump where the landing is significantly higher than the take off.

The take off is the one on the left.
