Feck that had to hurt, busted mine just below the ball on the large bone a few years back. Thought id just bruised it at first but after an half an hour the pain was ridiculus and decided i should take myself of to hospital. Get well soon fella, just make sure you do all the physio as much as its a pain in the arse, it was the first time id broke something and could not believe how much movement and flexability I lost being in cast for 5 weeks. you imaging it just return as normal but it dont without a lot of graft

i done it over on that double near the canyon, i think i over shot the the landing and ended up hitting a tree on the right.
i've got to go back over just to see so i can get my head round it. i was wearing elbow and arm pads and thats what hit the tree. so going to get some wrist gaurd for next time lol. i didn't know i broke it untill i tryed to move my bike.
But everyone near by help me out getting my bike to my car so if any of you who was there thanks. you really really helped me out big time.

I have to say that the regulars at Danbury are exceedingly nice and helpfull, one guy ( i think he posts on here, seen his pic in the gallery - Orange (orange) P5 or similar) gave me a tube when i caught a pinch flat and wouldnt even take any money for it ! I carry a spare now so i can return the favour ! :thumbup:

I'm back on my bike cast off I'll be on xc for a bit before hit the jumps again. I may have to have the metal plates out at later date. Going X-ray tomorrow. So just got build it back up for now. Got three scars now you you go on my face book you can see them. I don't know how to load up on here. Two long ones where they did the op and a little one were the bone came through.

Take it easy don't wanna be doing no long term damage on not 100% bones!! Have a look at getting something to support it
