I seem to have a problem...

I'm wanting to buy a new bike but the problem is that I won't know if I can afford one until another 2 months.

My daily scouring all these sites for hours a day doesn't help my urge to splash out.

I must, must, must resist my temptation and hit the order button. Hopefully now the weather is getting better I can get out on my trusty old steed and the need for a new bike will lapse (at least for a while).

Looking forward to hopefully a long lasting spring and summer hitting the trials (new bike or not).... :D :D :D :D

Hi NickTKS,

Now you have got me thinking.

The choices are:

2012 Specialized Stumpjumper Comp
2012 Mondraker Foxy R
2012 Canyon Nerve AM 9, top of the list. You just can't beat the spec for the price.
2012 Lappiere Zesty 314

Choices, choices but need the money.

I very very very nearly bought a Zesty....... But the TREK EX8 won me over, purely down to the money in the end :)

Ninja's Zesty looks lovely.

I bought a trek Remedy in the sale last year for a right steal. If you can wait 6 months you'd get a right bargain on a 2012 bike.

Find out where they're in stock and we'll go on a road trip to check them out (apart from the Canyon!)

Hello mate - I'm trying to organise a low key demo day mid April with some Ghost AMR xc bikes (some 120 AMR 7500s and AMR 7500 plus, 29er hardtail) - not on your list but why not come and try one if I get it organised? - possibly at Warley Gap....
