Been chatting to a few people recently on the trails about uplift days.
Ive been reluctant to commit incase of holding people up and it seems theres a few of us ;)

Lots of people have recommended this place so figure its as good as anywhere to start although any other suggestions gratefully received.

I like the idea of going for two days and others seem keen. uplift is £25 a day at weekend or £23 midweek. Happy to camp or look at bnb's nearby.

Obviously anyones welcome as long as you dont mind a few of us being on the slow side for a few runs.

If you interested post up and well start looking at dates and options...

I'd be up for this if I have a bike for it, but i've only got my jump bike at the moment :(

Anywhere nearby to hire bikes?

FOD s a great place to try DH uplifts.

Loads of variety in the runs and you can run it at your own pace :) The uplift does get booked really quickly however.

I'm up it, been before and yes the uplift is a saviour, the push up is short but a killer.

Everything meets back in one place and everything is easy to fin, the carpark has a cafe and bie shop so perfect.

I'm able to make weekends and in July I have a whole week off
