Hey all!

As some of you may know, i'm moving to Whistler next year! :D

I've decided to set up a little blog to keep note of my progress and see if it gives anyone else the inspiration to up sticks and move to biking/snowboarding heaven!

The blog can be found here:

Let me know what you think and how it can be improved :)

Dan

I expect many of us would be interested in the financial side of things, is it possible to part time work, etc.

As you know my brother runs a chalet business in Morzine and I know that it can be a bit tight trying to 'live the dream' (ie. ski/board in winter, ride in summer) over there, Dirt ran a good series on Whistler and some of the cost of stuff scared me !

I'll put up a post sometime this week with some more details as to what i'm doing and how much it cost's later today possibly :)

I'm hopefully going to be a downhill guide in the summer, and a snowboard/ski instructor in the winter, so will be getting paid to ride my bike all day and snowboard all winter ;)

Hi Dan, good luck with moving to Whistler. I posted some info on 'SB instructor' for you on my 'Survived Whistler..' post and happy to provide more if you want it.
