Need to work off the chocolate stolen from my son..thinking 9.30 t hut

I'm up for a ride tomorrow, 9 is fine with me. Not great with directions round the forest though so hopefully you're happy to lead?

Haven't been on the bike since last year so my fitness needs improving, might as well get out early this year and get into shape

Whats the riding like up there up hill/ downhill? i haven't rode for three years so would love to come for the ride but unfit as fook!

What's the forest like, I haven't been over since last summer? Do I need my waterproof gear out

Mix of flowy downs and obviously some climbs..not fussed about pace but want to do some mileage.but that can be done in loops so you can do as much or little as you want.as for conditions was fast and dry ladt time out but imagone it will be sticky at bes....shouldnt need full waterproofing unless its chucking it down in the morning!

Clint, just to let you know they are resurface the car park by the tea hut so will have to park across the road by the pub. Might try and make it if i don't drink too much tonight. Went there saturday, nice and flowing with one or two mud section
