Hi all,

So that we can put together a proposal document for the town council for the SWF Bike Park, we are going to include a section where we put some peoples/ riders comments about the facility.

I am looking for anyones input for about three or four sentences that say a bit about who you/ what you ride/ how good you are and how you feel about a new bike park being built in South Woodham.

For example,

"I ride dirt jumps every weekend and there is nowhere good in Essex to go. If the bike park is built it'll mean I can ride somewhere safe."

"I am teaching my son to ride off-road, and a bike park in Essex would mean that we go there together and develop his skills."

"I'm seriously hardcore and like getting big air. I need a bike park now."

"I like to ride locally as my time is precious, riding at SWF would give me diversity in riding without having to travel all the way to kent or bedford to ride.
The proposals for a track and jumps would also help develop my riding no end."

"A bike park in East Anglia would be a great idea, for a few main reasons. Firstly, it would greatly reduce the carbon footprint of hundreds of people, as there is no dedicated facilities for mountain bike jumps and downhill within a solid 50 miles. It would also make managing the risks, of a risky sport, much easier. Home built trails and sometimes not very well built, which result in unsafe riding conditions. Lastly, it will give riders, young and old, a palce to develop their skills in a safe and managed enviroment, in a relatively cheap way, which is always a bonus in these hard times."

I really want to put, "BECAUSE I WANT SICK TRAILS!" but I don't thing the council will take it too seriously :p
