So it's almost the end of April and the amount of dry rides over the last few months have been minimal.

A couple of weeks ago I said I wasn't going out unless it was dry. I think I might have to go back on my word.

This week looks wet all week and another wet weekend is probably coming. I know it's April showers but come on I want to rip down some trials fast, without waterproof gear and dodging deep muddy puddles.

Am I asking for to much, bring on a descent summer.

Rant over!!!

I do like a muddy ride but the wife doesn't like continually washing my dirty gear and dragging mud thought the flat, lol.

Watching videos on Youtube of riders in sunny California doesn't help either

:D

Me too, see you there. Unityjon is sorting plans so not sure if we are meeting on route or there.

Looking forward to meeting the Jedi and hopefully improving my confidence.

Top man... Leave mine in nice neat pile in utility room then it magically goes in the wash... Bloody amazing ;-) ;-) it only costs me all the house bills, food bills and car running costs....

Yep, you even cleaned it for me :D (so the wife cleans my biking gear and my biking buddies clean my bike, nice one!!)

I guess it will be wet but rideable. I will get all the gear ready tomorrow with extra's biking clothes, jackets etc.

Either going to Aston or PORC on Wednesday, which would you guys choose considering the conditions?

The UKBike Skills place looks like quite a sandy/dirt surface so should hold up ok in the rain <fingers crossed> don't want to drive all that way only to have to re-schedule !!
