Great minds thinking alike as I've also been bunging some stuff on there too today!!

I just decided to rewax my boots due to this weather; squeezed the container and bang; hall floor, my jeans and the wall all now wax coated too. Curse this weather!!!

Managed 22k over Thorndon this morning, had my first big "off" on one of the large downhill bomb hole type affairs, managed to get away with a pedal in the shin and a few aches :), was fun but with hindsight probably a bit too wet for a complete novice

blimey, bet it was murder there today mate, was terrible on friday let alone after another 2 days solid rain. the drops would have been lethal not surprised you came off. What one got you, by the lake or the steep hidden one between the bushes after the firepit.. ....

I'm not familiar with the names, we entered via the style at Ingrave and it was 100 yards after that, I thought I was having an early day lol, we had already had a nightmare as we got stuck in a farmers field coming from Shenfield as the clay was so thick we couldn't push the bikes let alone cycle lol
