I needed to upgrade my Road bike so i sold my old spalding blade and my Commencal jump bike and put the money towards this badboy...

Specialized Allez
its a lanky 58 which is perfect for me, went out on it last night and it rides so well and some comfortable compared to the cramped cockpit of my last road bike.

Want gay reflectors make you more visible to other vehicles. This for mile crunching.

I dislike riding on road cars seem to pass to close.

I agree and always look to get out of town asap on road rides. I think its better once you get away from towns and main roads. It also makes a more picturesque ride in the country!

I agree with matt, i get straight out of town and ride around the country lanes undisturbed, some of the routes we do out the back of chelmsford you rarely even see cars.

plus i generally wear red :)

I've contemplated a road bike, but some of the roads around here are horrific on my MTB, so don't fancy a roadies chances :)
