Hi, quick and probably daft newbie question, this is a pic of the mount from my bike.

Can I just fix the rear derailleur to this or does it need a hanger?

You already have the hanger, that the bit black hanging :) down on the bottom left. The rear mech then just screws into the threaded hole.

Marvellous - thank you very much.

I did think/hope that was the hanger but just wanted to check :D

Have to say this forum has been SO helpful with my new build and upgrading my HT, big thanks to all those who make it possible. :clap:
