So, Re-bled brakes, fitted all the 9sp gear and adjusted this and that.
Feels like a completely different bike now, just took her up and down the road, feels nimble and quick. Strangely easy to wheelie (i guess because the front end is so light and a short wheelbase. )

So the next few steps are to sort out a bit of weight loss on the equipment, the old Avids and pedals are going and the big 2.4 mountain kings will be coming off.
Best thing i have found out about the frame is the internal cable routing, my other bike has it but the brake lines are external. this is internal, also you dont need a full outer cable on the shifters, the outer cable starts and ends on the entry to the frame. 8) small things and all that
