Anyone else having to take time off the bike at the moment? been two weeks so far for me and with all the world cup hype footage and reading all the coverage it makes it worse. Off for xrays tomorrow and hopefully I will find out what I have done to my elbow.

I should really give the biking a rest after several months of non stop riding all over the place I've picked up multiple injuries, the left side of my body has taken the most of it, my back has a strange pain down the bottom, my left leg looks like I've taken a knife to it and my right foot feels like it did many years ago when I broke it. I guess this rain and no money could be enough to keep me off my bike for while
