So after sundays epic and a few fails i orderd some new bits.

New (red) chain and a new SLX rear mech as the make do one was more bent than elton john!
New saddle also arrived at home so once i've had a chance to fit bits i'll take some more pictures.

Got SS clamp and post...both doing fine

Thats tempting fate, they'll prob snap tommoz.

She was being a right temperamental little diva on Sunday up that last hill, sounded like you where shaking a bag of spanners

thats why i bought a new chain and mech, cant be having tantrums on my epic!

Did you sort out that piece of red up front? Stop it moving about?

Looks really nice with the new bling, loving the red chain BTW , although the pic with the mud on her. ..tut tut should of cleaned her for that pic!

I still have got a few things to get for Beyonce yet, like carbon bars, but she's almost there.

Well, I got the adaptor (cheers again) but didn't get round to fitting it last night although i did do a dry fit and its exactly the right one

Plan is to fit it tonight and then take her for a quick spin tonite.

My problem is now she's built I wanna build another

So last night i got her into road mode for the www.thekaiserchallenge.com Road tyres would not go up tubeless which ended quite badly

so had to put some tubes in
also put new front 38t chain ring on to give me slightly highter gearing for road work. then last of all fitted the crank skins 8)
