Hi chaps,

Quick question which I'm hoping someoe can answer before I start pulling the bike apart

Took my new build for its maiden voyage this morning - very pleased with her, but theres a strange noise (sounds like something in the spokes 'clipping' them).

Theres no obvious obstructions, all the screws are tight but the noise stops when gentle pressure is applied to the front brake - any ideas?

On my rear setup, the caliper doesnt quite clear the rotor, the top of the rotor clips the caliper very slightly, this was solved by added a washer and inceasing the height.

Well just had a look and a play and I think its the screw caps that Shimano provide which stop the screws loosening which were rubbing slightly on the rotor (I also suspect I may have put em on wrong )

Seems to have fixed it, but appreciate your reply.
