Andy you missed a few bits. @ 0:49 you throw a left and do the root drop then at 0:59 chuck a right and do a hip jump and just after at 1:01 there's a hip / straight-ish jump on the left slightly.

interestingly just after that if you stay in a straight line (i.e go diagonally across the track) there is a fallen tree, if you go over that and a little further on through the foliage there is a brand new trail that is very tight and twisty through some pretty rough foliage etc that goes all the way down to the main path.

Yep..know the root drop..managed to cock that up on my first attempt..need to get a bit of confidence up to do it !

Ill look out for the other bits..Im all for longer runs, 1 mins is good but in the alps, 7-8 min runs seem like an eternity.
