It's good to see police motorcyclists setting a good example and overtaking on blind bends towards oncoming traffic, is the torch really worth that? Other than that the short period I spent watching the live stream was a waste of time.

No it was not him.. Have met him and he was not invited to the ceramony even though he has been involved in the whole building of the track and from day one   ... seems not what you do but who you know to be able to get in their.. :( .

The rider is a guy called Dan Jarvis.. seems the clothes he was wearing are a snug fit ;) ;) on the day...

having been around the track (walking it) i can say it will not disappoint come race day, and hopefully after the little olympic festival we proper diders will be able to get onto the track.. with a few alterations to keep the elf and safety happy :wtf: :wtf: :high5: :high5:

My mum's in Hadleigh and went and watched, said it was pretty wet and unimpresive but had about a million vehicle convoy, plans are already afoot for the legacy, there is mtbcoursebuilder (or something similar) who has posted here, there is a Hadleigh MTB facebook page and there have been some meeting at Hadleigh old fire station.
