Awesome, I saw him once in a Frech ski resort going over a massive snow kicker from a ski lift above then having a drink and interview after - wish I'd spoken to him now.

Found it - not as big as I remember, I was hitting that jump on my board, but not clearing that far! Funny how 25m seems small after that latest vid.

AND I spotted my self wandering around in the back ground during the interview at the end! I wonder how many random internet/TV appearances we have and never know about?

Is it just me or do you find snowboard jumps easier to do? i can do medium to large kickers no probs on a board, ask me to do the same size on my bike though and i just cant do it!! if its part of a run then i normally can, but line up a set of jumps like you get at snow parks and there's no chance

Sorry taking this off topic a bit but yeah - I go generally do bigger stuff on a board. But I think thats about right for the pros too. Compare the Chatel stuff over the weekend - massive but something like The Art of Flight snowboard film shows that pro boarders can actually fly.

With me I think it's mainly psychological and there is more margin for error on a board;
Landing is snow which even when compact in a park gives a bit if you crash. Trees and rocks don't!
You can sometimes rescue/adjust balance in the air on a board - 'winding the windows down' isn't an option on a bike.
You can more easily half crash/land and ride/slide out on a board. (Like the boarder does in that clip).

OR maybe I'm just a bit better at boarding than mtb?

Winding the windows down is my best trick on a board!
