Hey all,
Having recently acquired a dew-lite bash from NWLarge

i need to buy a couple of chain rings to restore some of the gearing, my triple set does get used all the way through but i only top out on the large ring when running down a few really big tarmac hills locally to me, when i ride Danbury or other trails i stick in the centre ring mainly unless i have to slog it up a hill.
to help me choose i need a little information to make an informed decision, is there such a thing as a 10spd chain ring ? i know there are 10spd chains but no idea why, are the links different
my current chain rings are 2/32/44 rings i'm guessing changing to a 36 or even 38 middle but what about the small ring should i increase by the same ratio

any other 'spec' i should look for when deciding
