I coincidentally ordered that same trailer yesterday. Was a bit worried cause I kind of did it spur of the moment but it seems good value. And my lbs gave me a good price. So really pleased to see you there is someone out there that recommends it!

How well does it manage off road?

It handles well off road as the double is wider and more stable than the single. You will have to be careful of narrow single track but I usually keep to fire roads or wide tracks. It does give you a bit of push pull feedback due to the sprung hinge but you get used to that. Make sure you check that all the fastenings have the thin plastic safety retainers before each ride as I did catch the hinge fastener once which made it pop off and took me a little while to find.
The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't come with harness pads so the straps don't dig in to the passenger. Luckily Jac is a dab hand at sewing so she made a set of pads for it.
