Myself, James, Nick and steve went first to woburn and found it hard work so went to chicksands and had a blast, met up with Matt and Jiz and had a lot of fun on the 4x, table line and generally messing about on all the obstacles there.
Steve beasted his demons and beat the middle line of the dirt jumps in epic style!

Returned to chicksands yesterday for the first time in a couple of months, there was a couple of welcome changes there. mainly the new little run to the left of the drops, 2 little step downs followed by a small set of doubles which u can literally fly over, needs a bigger berm afterwards though. racing my mate down the dual slalom resulted in a collision at speed and a couple broken ribs for him,

cant get over how much faster a hardtail can be down there, love it

Is it ok for hardtails??? if so i might see if i can get over there, just need a bit of notice so i can arange day insurance on the misses car. & make sure ive got flats this time out.

Yeah its fine for hardtails mate.
make sure you have a spare tube or two as its a little rooty here and there and its miles away from anywhere

I had more fun there on a hardtail then on my full suss. but prefer full suss at danbury.

Will need probalbly a weeks notice, but would really love to go soon, just been to danbury & i loved that ... so im hoping the sands is better!!!
