Hi Mr. Laser,
Thanks for your email.
Please first make sure that you don't have the auto-pause switched on,
(
)
it could be the reason for the missing parts of your bike ride. It is only recommended to use Auto-pause for sports where you all the time move faster than 8 mph / 13 km/h.
Please also check these steps: If these issues appeared only after app update, it indicates that a newer version of Endomondo hasn’t been installed properly. There are some options how you can fix this:
- Double-check your GPS settings as described here:
http://gsfn.us/t/30411- Reboot the phone –sounds simple but it is certainly a good idea every time you update some app in your phone –it keeps the OS in "shape"
- Carry out a 'battery pull' - close all the apps, pull the battery out with the phone still switched on, wait for about 30s and start the phone again. This procedure should enhance the app performance.
- Reinstall the app (follow by a battery pull) –delete the app from the phone and install it again. You will unfortunately lose the workout history unless you have an Android or iPhone device (these are the only platforms with full history download yet).
